This is the perfect heart for Valentine’s day. I tried multiple ways to make the perfect heart, and this pattern is by far the best. You can put the hearts in a jar as a decoration, or you can make it into a cute bag charm or key chain.

3 mm (US C/2) crochet hook
Pearl key chain charm
Lobster clasps keyring (rose gold)
Fiberfill stuffing
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle

ch = chain
sc = single crochet
sc inc = single crochet increase
sc dec = single crochet decrease
sts = stitches
Instructions:
Top Left Corner
Round 1: 6 sc (6 sts)
Round 2: (sc inc) * 6 (12 sts)
Round 3: (sc, sc inc) * 6 (18 sts)
Round 4-5: 18 sc (18 sts)
Top Right corner and Bottom:
Round 1: 6 sc (6 sts)
Round 2: (sc inc) * 6 (12 sts)
Round 3: (sc, sc inc) * 6 (18 sts)
Round 4-5: 18 sc (18 sts)
Round 6: join the top left corner and top right corner together. 36 sc (36 sts)
